Update Sept. 1: The club’s discounted room block at the hotel is SOLD-OUT and we cannot add additional rooms. You may be able to book in the hotel at a higher rate, but we also recommend the Holiday Inn Express and Suites a very short walk away at 40 N. Martingale Rd.

1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Exhibitor Check-In—Entrance Hallway; Set-up—Main Hall until 8 p.m.

3 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Open to the Public ($10 admission, Free for 12 & under and active military with I.D.)

7:30 p.m.: Judges Meeting—Oakbrook Room

8:15 p.m.: Judging Begins

4 p.m.: Chicago Medalists Meeting—Judges’ Room

5 p.m.: Show closes for the day

5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Awards Presentation—Main Hall

8 p.m.to 10 p.m.: Annual Club Dinner (reservation required)—Room O’Hare/Midway Room
